Qualifications (What you’ll bring)
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Strategic Communications, Training, Instructional Designer or other related business field preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE: (What you’ll bring)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience including Curriculum Design/Development and facilitation required.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles required.
  • Consulting/project-based work experience required.
  • Strong facilitation skills required.
  • Multimedia development experience in rich media tools required (ex: PowerPoint, Articulate Story Line, Camtasia).
  • Knowledge of Oracle LMS or other LMS experience preferred. AICC and SCORM compliance standards preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:
  • Able to work under stressful situations and manage time effectively, and shift priorities based on the current business needs to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work effectively individually with a minimum amount of supervision to accomplish assignments and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation techniques. 
  • Able to transfer capabilities effectively to classes of different sizes, aptitudes, and backgrounds. Continuously seeks out ways to make content more relevant based on the needs of the audience, and to align with current trends in the industry.
  • Experience leading end to end instructional design process-based methodology (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) to create programs. Experience in course wear development demonstrating agility, speed, and efficiency of instructional design.
  • Able to provide leadership by influence, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels and functional areas of an organization.
  • Ability to learn new computer applications, processes and product information quickly
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
  • Holds self accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism. Open to feedback and to self-improvement.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required. (approx. 30% travel)
