Skills / Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Ten years’ experience leading in manufacturing and production.
  • Fluency with assembly, machining and metal forming processes required.
  • Functional knowledge of key support areas: information systems, manufacturing and industrial engineering, purchasing, materials and product management. 

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

  • Typical work environment is in an office setting but also requires periods of time in the production environment.
  • Exposure to hot and cold environments in the office and factory.
