Skills/Experience Requirements



·         Must possess relevant IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point with the ability to produce and utilize pivot tables and “V” lookup functions within reports for management.

·         JD Edwards ERP super user having a detailed understanding in all materials related functions i.e. inventory control, shop floor control, purchasing, receiving, and shipping.

·         Knowledgeable with plant layout and locations including part names and numbers.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Experience with lean, Kanban, and kaizen continuous improvement or similar production tools.

·         Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight deadlines and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

·         Must be able and willing to learn, improve, and adapt.

·         Is flexible and able to work and react in a very fast paced environment with constantly changing work priorities and with appropriate interaction with decision makers necessary to ensure completion of specific assignments in a timely manner.

Education Requirements

·         BS in Management or equivalent experience.


Physical/Work Environment Requirements


·         Standing while operating machinery/equipment.

·         Climbing/descending stairs and ladders.

·         Bending and walking under 4’ clearances for a distance of 4’.

·         Lifting light loads < 25 lbs to 60” height.

·         Bending to the floor to retrieve material or to work.

·         Reaching 40” and retrieving 10 lb. loads.

·         Pushing/pulling with a 50 lb. force for a distance of 10’.

·         Pushing/pulling with a 25 lb. force for a distance of 50’.

·         Carrying up to 50 lbs up to 10’.
