We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic team.  As the HR Representative you will provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customer through a variety of initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain job postings in Taleo system, as well as external web and print advertisements
  • Act as primary back up for Creative Door payroll administrator (Payworks)
  • Track and maintain training & safety certification in MyLearn
  • Edit and maintain Employee Handbook, orientation materials
  • Job aid and training material development, as required
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and track completion, administer follow up surveys
  • Prepare correspondence, communications and presentations
  • Gather information and prepare reports, including HR section of balanced scorecard, and adhoc reporting
  • Research and prepare job/training grant submissions
  • Document & distribute meeting minutes
  • Maintain safety, HR and employee files
  • Support and provide guidance on employee relations as needed
  • Complete data entry in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Assist with special projects as required


  • 3+ years progressive HR experience required
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information
  • Ability to interface well with various levels of employees within the company
  • Communicate effectivly and professionally with customers and external contacts inside and outside the organization
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point; ability to design graphs and reports
  • Ability and willingness to become familiar with new computer systems and programs
  • Accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills required
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Payworks, and Taleo, is an asset


  • High School diploma required
  • Post secondary HR education
  • A record of continuing education in Human Resources or business related topics is desirable.
