Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
  • Must work well in a structured environment and have the ability to work well with others.
  • Have the ability to resolve escalated issues and be high energy, self-motivated and quick thinking.
  • Must have empathetic, caring and positive attitude in dealing with customers as well as co-workers.
  • Must be able to keep calm in stressful situations.
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to adjust and succeed in a rapidly changing fast paced environment.
  • Possess the ability to confidently take ownership of a customer’s issue and bring to resolution with an eye towards creating a customer advocate.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area, and volume.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet; and Microsoft programs: Word, Excel,Outlook.
  • Ability to acquire and thoroughly apply knowledge of company’s products and services on customers calls.
  • Ability to maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the Employer’s mandatory attendance Policy and overtime requirements.
