The Position 
Provides administrative support to all Overhead Door Corporation locations to enter customer information into Oracle, JDE, & MXP systems. Manages the data to ensure consistency across all Divisions by following defined process and standards for entry.  Provides verbal information, text information, or electronic mail responses to customers and intercompany personnel.  
Key Accountabilities
Setting up new customers in ERP systems for all Overhead Door Corporation divisions while meeting data integrity standards.
Troubleshoot and correct problems relating to customer information for all departments across Overhead Door Corporation by monitoring daily, weekly and monthly audit reports.
Monitor data integration from JDE/MXP into Oracle and work with manager to fix any errors prior to upload.
Training local and remote team members on the proper way to enter customer information into ERP and ancillary systems as needed and escalate to management when necessary.
Involvement in data cleansing projects and data conversion within various data storage systems.
Follows up on a regular and as-needed basis with customers and internal operations on all open and unresolved customer set up issues and escalate as necessary.
Research and recommend process improvements as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Job Qualifications
Customer service orientation results-driven, diplomacy, multitasking and priority setting.
Excellent skills in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).  
Ability to type at speeds of 75 wpm accurately.
Ability to participate as a team member on projects that involve or impact customer data.
Ability to make decisions usually confined to situations that are familiar.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
Ability to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time. 
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Preferred Job Qualifications
Associates Degree (2yr.) in Business.
JDE and Oracle transaction experience.
